Tim and his beautiful wife have served together in their local church throughout their marriage.  He has twenty years of experience with an emphasis in the areas of family, marriage and student ministries. They have five children and reside in Royse City, Texas. 

Message from Tim:

Life is hard. Relationships are difficult. Marriage is challenging. Parenting can be a battle. Growth and development seem impossible. Even faith can seem out of reach. Sometimes, you need someone in your corner to help you navigate your mountain. With a little encouragement, hope, and care, you can get to the other side.

Tim grew up on a farm in central Illinois. By the age of 9, he was driving tractors and working with his dad. His love for the fields and understanding of the seasons led him to an unexpected trek toward ministry, family, and eventually, counseling. Tim graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.

 

Additionally, he holds an Associates Degree in Computer Assisted Design from HCC, a Diploma in Biblical Theology, a Diploma in Advanced Student Ministry, from Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas and his Certification in Biblical Counseling from Higher Hopes Institute.

With twenty plus years of ministry experience along with work experience in construction, trucking, and design for an architectural firm in Rockwall, Tim brings a wealth of practical knowledge to a pastoral counseling setting.
